• Rp 225,000 for Uluwatu,Bingin,Bukit,Canggu (after Canggu Club) it’s for 1 private car (max 5 person) or Rp 50,000/person additional charge (1 car sharing with others guests)
• Rp 375,000 for Padang Bai for 1 private car
• Rp 425,000 for Candi Dasa for 1 private car
• Rp 525,000 for Amed and Tulamben for 1 private car
• Rp 425,000 for Tabanan area for 1 private car.

• Cancellation less than 7 days but more than 2 days from date of travel: 50% refund.

Verbal promises by booking agents or clerks will not be recognized by the company. Cancellations & Delays: The company reserves the right to vary the service in any way whatsoever without any liability to the passenger. Refunds: In the event of a trip cancellation from the company, the company shall refund any funds paid by the passenger direct to the company, In the event of a ticket or booking being cancelled by the passenger, the company reserves the right to charge cancellation fees as follows: Cancellation less than 48 hours of travel: no refund. Cancellation before 48 Hours From Date Of Travel: 50% Refund. The company accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to luggage during transit. Road transportation in Bali: Road transportation is provided free of charge We provide hotel transfer from Candidasa, Ubud, Sanur, Kuta, Seminyak, Jimbaran to Padangbai and back. Also can arrange transport from other areas with additional cost The company shall not be liable in any way for the cost of any accommodation or for any alternative means of travel which may arise through cancellations or delays. Additional expense so arising shall be the sole liability and responsibility of the passenger. or any funds already paid by an agent to the company on the passenger’s behalf. The passenger is responsible for collecting any funds paid to agents which have not yet been paid to the company.

• Passengers are required to check in at the counter pier 1 (one) hour before departure. Passengers who cancel departures will be charged 50% of the ticket price. 
• Passengers with luggage over than 30Kg will be charged an additional fee of Rp. 3000, – / Kg. 
• Marina Srikandi Company is not responsible for any damage and loss of passengers’ belongings during the voyage. 
• Marina Srikandi Company is not responsible for passengers’ regarding dining and lodging, 
• should the cruise ship suffered from engine trouble and late arrival. 
• Smoking inside the passenger room is prohibited. 
• Passengers must obey the regulation on board for comfort and safety. I
• nfants aged 0 to 5 years are free of charge, older charged by adult price. 
• Due to bad weather, technical factors, or any other unavoidable circumstances, there may be delay to departure or sudden cancellation without prior notice. 
• Always check your belongings before leaving the ship as Marina Srikandi company is not responsible for loss or belongings which are left behind by passengers. 
• Tickets are valid from 3 (three) months from the date of issuance. 
• Passengers are covered for insurance by PT. Jasa Raharja in accordance with the Law No. 33 of 1964 jo. Government Regulation No. 17 of 1965 and Regulation of the Minister of Finance of Republic of Indonesia. No. 37/PMK.010/2008 regarding Passengers of Public Carrier Ferry/Sea Crossings. 
• Other things that are not listed in this terms & condition refer to prevailing legislation and regulations of Sailing. 
• Return ticket must be reported to Marina Srikandi’s office 2 days at the latest prior to departure date.
